Lisa had evolved and grown significantly in recent years, but struggled to convey her new value proposition internally. As a result, she was getting passed over for larger roles that would advance her career, future capabilities, and earning potential.

Lisa's original resume read like a job description cut and paste, and focused primarily on her earlier career.


She was struggling to understand her unique value proposition, give herself credit where credit was due, and communicate at that next "leadership" level in her career narrative.


All these issues were addressed with this Branding Overhaul.

This experience was game-changing for Lisa.


Not only did she now possess the branded marketing materials that showcased her at a level in which she wanted to be perceived at, but also from this experience, she gained a whole new sense of self, sense of confidence, and new understanding of her truly unique value proposition. 


As a result, she was able to pursue, and be seen as a candidate of choice internally for the roles she wanted to pursue, and within that year, landed a bigger role.
