Tier 2

The 3-Month
Accelerator Advantage

This is a truly immersive partnership program, where I work with you every step of the way over the next 3 months, helping you clarify your goals, build your executive brand and positioning, and accelerate traction in the market.

Stage 1 – Foundational Work

First, we start with your completion of the prep work (Blueprint for Success + Thought Starter Questions) coupled with 2–3 (45-min) Strategy Sessions to get crystal clear on your career direction, curate your achievements, identify your competitive levers and unique value proposition, and pull forward your leadership capabilities for executive roles.

This is the foundation — without it, everything else is less effective.

Stage 2 – Brand Assets & Portfolio Development

Once we have that clarity, we move to Stage 2, taking everything from Stage 1 and build your resume, LinkedIn, executive (or networking) bio and other brand assets to showcase your story. This ensures your impact is visible and compelling to the market — so decision-makers immediately understand your senior-level value and where you fit into their organization.

Stage 3 – Targeted Go to Market & Market Activation Strategy

Then, we move to Stage 3, which is critical in today's market. Here we refine your ideal target buyers, complete messaging and positioning frameworks, and review the go-to-market strategies that will generate traction fastest. This includes recruiters, hidden job market, direct outreach, thought leadership, and other tactics that put you in front of the key decision-makers and generate the right interview opportunities, faster.

We build a roadmap to execute this strategy, which includes the initial (45-min) GTM Strategy Consult, and 2 additional (45-min) flex strategy calls over 3 months, which can be used for GTM execution or interview prep. This stage ensures you become the candidate of choice and are clearly understood in the market — which is critical for a corporate unicorn profile.

Tier 2 also includes 5 hours of tailoring support. This builds directly on the foundation from Stage 1 and gives you extra leverage in the market.

Executive Recruiter

(Search Firm) Activation

Your Experience Alone Doesn't Create Opportunity. Your Market Activation Does.

Executive Recruiter / Search Firm Activation

Executive recruiters can be one of the most valuable channels for accessing leadership opportunities and critical market intelligence—but only when approached strategically.

One of the most common mistakes I see executives make is jumping into recruiter conversations before they are fully prepared. They treat the interaction as an informational discussion rather than a high-value positioning opportunity. As a result, they often fail to communicate their value effectively, miss critical intelligence-gathering opportunities, or leave recruiters with an incomplete understanding of where they fit in the market.

The reality is that executive recruiters are not career coaches, and they are not actively managing your search. Their primary responsibility is to fill specific client assignments. Because of this, every interaction should be viewed as an opportunity to position yourself, gather market intelligence, build relationships, and establish credibility for future opportunities.

When approached correctly, executive recruiters can become an important extension of your go-to-market strategy. They can provide insight into market trends, compensation expectations, organizational challenges, emerging opportunities, and the types of leadership talent that organizations are actively seeking.

Within this section, you will learn how to leverage five powerful strategies:

1. How to Get on the Radar of Executive Recruiters at Search Firms

Learn how executive search firms identify and evaluate candidates, and how to increase your visibility with the right recruiters before a relevant search begins.

2. How to Prepare for Executive Recruiter Conversations

Most executives underestimate the importance of these discussions. Learn how to position your experience, communicate your value proposition, answer strategic questions, and maximize the intelligence you gain from every interaction.

3. How to Maintain Executive Recruiter Relationships

Executive recruiting is often a long-term relationship game. Learn how to stay visible, relevant, and top of mind without becoming transactional or overly persistent.

4. How to Jumpstart Your Search by Activating a LinkedIn Recruiter Campaign

Develop a targeted outreach strategy that helps you connect with executive recruiters in a professional, credible, and scalable manner while reinforcing your positioning in the market.

5. Additional Best Practices

Understand the common mistakes executives make when engaging recruiters and learn the best practices that can help you build stronger relationships, improve market visibility, and increase access to future opportunities.

Executive recruiter engagement is not about collecting names or having as many conversations as possible.

It is about building meaningful relationships, positioning yourself effectively, and creating a network of trusted market advocates who understand your leadership story and know where you can create value.

The strongest recruiter relationships are often established months—before the right opportunity emerges.
