Denise had a goal:

From Struggling to Articulate her New Value as an Executive Leader to Securing 2X Promotion to SVP

 

 

Denise* had a knack for data and analytics, driving results, and exceeding sales goals.

 

She was ready to advance to the senior leadership and executive ranks but struggling to be seen as leadership material. 

Frustrated, she reached out for help.

Metrics alone, without the context and storytelling embedded into the narrative, was not enough to do the job here. 

Through our work together, I unearthed Denise's  powerful value differentiation that she had struggled to articulate and "own" as part of her leadership brand. 

 

We needed to call out her ability to influence a new strategic direction and drive impact cross-functionally across teams, and across the division. 

We also needed to drive a clear message regarding her ability to transform underperforming sales teams and level-up talent quickly for outcomes. 

As a result of our work together, and with the help of an interview coach, Denise was ready and landed the promotion, securing 2 promotions in 1 year.
